How to style a pink bedroom
Looking for pink bedroom ideas? Pink is a popular colour for many when it comes to redecorating a bedroom, but while it’s effortlessly soft and pretty, there’s always the risk of it looking a little… ‘princessy’. To make sure your pink scheme is a gorgeous grown-up space, try these top tips…
1. Pink bed
Opting for an upholstered bed in a dusky pink shade is a great way to bring your pink scheme into 2020. With pink, it’s often down to the tone and shade you choose that makes it look either sophisticated or not so much. We suggest staying away from bubblegum pinks and towards these more muted shades.
2. Pink panelling
If you’re looking at the more subtle end of the pink bedroom ideas spectrum, take inspiration from @hilton_on_the_hill and use pale pink panelling as a sophisticated backdrop for your bed. The contrast between the traditional panelling and Millennial pink makes for a cool and contemporary look, especially when paired with grey as a neutral.

3. Art Deco touches
Art Deco touches look effortless and grown-up, especially for a 1920s-inspired boudoir. Velvet and faux fur are key materials for this look as well as tassels and fringe to pay homage to the flapper girl era.
4. Vintage-inspired pink
@elle_the_home_bird has transformed her bedroom into a vintage-inspired treasure chest, full of gorgeous furniture and accessories that sing against her pink backdrop. Elle has chosen a plaster pink to adorn her walls which is offers a more sophisticated touch than a standard blush pink shade.
