Cleaning your fixtures and fittings can really make a difference to the overall look of a space. Make taps sparkling again by taking a toothbrush, soaking it in fresh lemon juice and giving them a good scrub. Leave for a good 10 minutes then wipe dry and they should be refreshed and beautifully clean.
Freshen up your soft furnishings

Our sofas and soft furnishings can take battering over the winter, so now spring has rolled around, take some time in freshening them up a bit. Take off the seat and back cushions of the sofa, give everything a hoover and spritz with diluted Zoflora. We’d recommend leaving your cushions and throws outside to air for a few hours before putting them back in their place.
Empty and clean the fridge

Grime can build up quite quickly in a fridge yet it’s an easy task to ignore, but now is the perfect opportunity to take time deep cleaning our appliances. Be sure to take the trays and drawers out and thoroughly wash them with warm soapy water separately. We’d also suggest some fridge liners if you want to avoid doing this as much in the future – they simply slot on to your fridge trays and you can easily take them out and wipe them clean.
Shine your mirrors

First go in with your favourite glass cleaning solution and clean the mirror, make sure you use an up-and-down motion instead of a circular one, as this can cause streaks. Finish by wiping down with white wine vinegar for a sparkling finish.
