Celebrate the cherry season with these easy, yet tasty, cherry cocktail recipes.
Topping cupcakes and filling cherry pies aren’t the only things cherries are good for. Although an underrated fruit, they are a great ingredient to use as the base of a tasty summer cocktail.
So, try your hand at one or both of these delicious drinks, and proudly serve them at your next garden party…
Cherrypolitan

Ingredients
- 50ml Chapel Down Vodka
- 25ml Cherry Marnier
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml De-Stoned Cherry Juice
- Egg White
Method
1. Add Vodka, Cherry Marnier, and Egg White to shaker and dry shake.
2. Add Cherry Juice and ice and shake.
3. Double strain into martini glass, or serve over ice in rocks/tall glass. Garnish with cherry.
The Cherry Bee

Ingredients
- 50ml Stryyk Not Rum
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Honey
- 4 Cherries (De-stoned)
- Ginger Ale
1. Muddle (mash) cherries in a shaker to release juices.
2. Set the ginger ale aside and shake all other ingredients together and strain into a glass.
3. Top with ginger ale.
