Laura Ashley launches new collection of wall murals
Looking for a new feature wall idea? The new Laura Ashley wall mural collection for spring/summer 2022 reimagine heritage prints for modern homes.
Since Laura Ashley relaunched into Next stores in spring 2021, while also opening a new flagship store at Westfield London, the iconic brand has demonstrated that traditional heritage prints can be used to create both classic and contemporary interior design.
With maximalists and minimalists in mind, the curated looks across the whole SS22 range can be layered throughout the home, or scaled back to add small touches of print and colour.
The new wall murals are perfect for creating a beautiful feature wall whether you want a classic or modern look for your home. Good Homes magazine picks out three beautiful Laura Ashley wall murals that are perfect for a spring home refresh…
1. Talbenny wall mural
This whimsical forest design features towering trees in a monochrome colour palette. Reminiscent of a misty morning in the forest, it works beautifully as the backdrop to this Period dining room with Scandi-style dining set. If you’re a fan of Charlotte Church’s Dream Build on the Really Channel, you may have spotted it. Below, the Talbenny wall mural (£250) is pictured with the Merrion dining table (£995), Brecon dining chairs (£295 for two) and Harrington pendant light (£275).
2. Rosemore wall mural
A classic Laura Ashley floral print, Rosemore is now available as a wall mural. The large-scale statement floral design in pretty pinks and purples is perfect for a spring decor refresh. The Rosemore wall mural (£250) is pictured below with Brecon extending dining table (£995), Brecon dining chairs (£295 for two), Grande Rufus ceiling pendant (£50), Rosanna cushion (£44) and Lewes Rug (from £90).
3. Summer Palace wall mural
This Chinoiserie-style Laura Ashley archive print depicts beautiful birds and flowers in a brighter, bolder, more contemporary colour palette. Below, the Summer Palace wall mural (£250) is pictured with Sorrento Three Arm chandelier (£160), Heathfield table lamp (£100), Nigella cushions (£52), Rosanna cushion (£44), Brecon side table (£295), Lewes rug (from £90) and Mortimer sofa (from £475).
